El Cerrito Nights: The Blue Blueprint

El Cerrito Nights returns with a special edition designed to close out the year with intention, direction, and clear momentum heading into 2026. This month’s mixer leans into The Blueprint — not as a tribute, but as a framework. A reminder that everything strong begins with structure, purpose, and the willingness to take the first step.

The night is shaped around community, conversation, creativity, and the early actions needed to build a successful first quarter of the new year. It’s a space for ideas, alignment, and the kind of energy that moves people forward.

Setting the Tone: 6PM — Blueprint Playback + Mocktails

The night opens with The Blueprint playing front-to-back, creating a familiar but intentional backdrop. Guests can ease into the night, grab a mocktail, and settle into the atmosphere before the deeper conversations begin. It’s a slow, curated start meant to bring everyone into the same headspace.

The Blueprint Session: 7:10PM — Purpose, Direction, and First Moves

One of the core elements of this edition is the Blueprint Session — a moment where the room forms a circle and each person has space to introduce themselves, their work, and the direction they’re choosing for the first three months of 2026.

Guests will receive a one-page Blueprint worksheet designed to help define:

• Three primary goals for Q1

• The biggest current barrier

• The first actionable step

• What success looks like by March

This session brings structure to ambition, clarity to intention, and accountability to the room. It’s simple, but it’s powerful — and it reflects what El Cerrito Nights is growing into.

Live Performances: 8PM — Local Voices, Local Talent

At 8PM, the spotlight shifts. Two artists each take the floor for ten-minute performances, bringing sound, emotion, and creativity into the night. These performances highlight the talent within San Diego and give the community space to discover and support local voices.

Closing the Night: 8:30PM–10PM — DJ Set

The night closes with a full DJ set aligned with the Blueprint spirit — intentional, familiar, and built to carry the energy through the rest of the evening. Guests are free to stay, talk, and continue building the connections that form around El Cerrito Nights.
